Implant & Restorative Dentistry
Restoring missing, damaged, or weakened teeth with practical options designed to bring back comfort, function, confidence, and a natural-looking smile.
Missing teeth can affect more than appearance.
At Molar Bear Dental, we know the importance of a smile and the impact teeth have on general health and happiness for individuals of all ages.
Sometimes teeth need to be removed, which can create a permanent gap where food collects, making it difficult to chew and eat. Opposing and adjacent teeth may also move in an attempt to close the gap, creating further food traps and an imbalance in your bite.
The good news is that your precious pearls can be replaced effectively and efficiently. We offer various options to help restore your smile both functionally and aesthetically, while considering your budget and expectations.
Solutions for missing or damaged teeth.
From removable dentures to fixed bridges, implants, crowns, veneers, inlays, and onlays, we help you understand your options and choose the route that fits your needs.
Dentures
Also known as false teeth, dentures are removable appliances used to replace teeth permanently or as an interim measure while waiting for a fixed appliance to be planned and fabricated.
There are two types available, made of either acrylic resin or a stronger, more stable chrome version.
Bridges / Fixed Partial Dentures
Bridges replace missing teeth and close gaps, but they are not removable. They use teeth adjacent to the gap as anchors and are cemented in place.
They are an excellent alternative to dentures, offering a more comfortable and appealing option for many patients.
Implants
Currently regarded as the gold standard worldwide, implants are effective because adjacent tooth structure does not need to be harmed.
A biocompatible “screw” is placed into your bone, much like the root of your natural tooth, and a crown — an artificial tooth — is cemented on top of this.

Other Restorative Options
Other restorative options are performed with the aim of strengthening the structural integrity of your teeth and improving your aesthetics.
These include crowns, veneers, inlays, and onlays. They may be indicated for many reasons, ranging from failing or fractured fillings and teeth to smile makeovers and digital smile designs.
